It finds the day for you
Tell Orville what needs doing. It places the work where it actually fits, and rearranges when the day fills up.
Auto-scheduling
Orville finds the nearest day that's under your limit, avoids stacking heavy tasks back to back, and works around your blocked times — searching up to 30 days ahead for an opening.
Set your own pace
Choose how many tasks a day feels right — anywhere from one to fifteen — and which weekdays you're actually available. Orville won't push past it.
Blocked time stays blocked
Mark work hours, vacations, or personal time and the scheduler routes around them. Holiday-aware, so it speaks up when a work block lands on one.
Nothing falls through
Anything you didn't finish yesterday moves to the next open day on its own. If today gets overloaded, Orville offers to redistribute — and whatever you flagged as important stays put.
Five ways to capture a day
Tasks
One-time to-dos, with optional duration and location.
Events
Concerts, holidays, gatherings — all-day or timed.
Appointments
Time-specific commitments with location autocomplete.
Bills
Amounts, auto-pay, recurring schedules, and due or overdue reminders.
Waypoints
A bigger goal broken into steps. Only the next one is scheduled — finish it and Orville places the one after.
Schedule, calendar, and inbox
Schedule
Today at a glance, with a swipe left for tomorrow. Banners surface bills coming due, birthdays approaching, and days getting too full.
Calendar
Month or week grid with busy-day dots, a day detail panel, and search across everything by title or notes.
Inbox
A holding place for anything without a date. Swipe right to schedule one, or place the whole list at once.
Focus timer
A full-screen compass face with a sweeping needle. Close the screen and it keeps running on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Getting where you're going
Compass
A map of your day. Every item with a location becomes a pin, connected in order with driving times from live traffic. Tap one for the weather at that stop, travel time to the next, and directions.
Time to leave
For appointments with a location, Orville estimates the drive and reminds you when it's time to head out. Tap through for directions in Apple Maps.
Your day without opening the app
Widgets for today's schedule, the month grid, the date, and your upcoming stops. Live Activities keep the current item and a running focus timer on your lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.
Things you can say
Include "Orville" in the request and Siri handles the rest.
Imports, privacy, and accessibility
Imports that stay in sync
Pull in events from your calendars, to-dos from your reminder lists, and birthdays and anniversaries from your contacts — which update as those contacts change. Add public holidays for the countries you care about.
Imports are one-way: things come into Orville, and your edits here don't push back out.
No accounts, no tracking
No analytics, no ads, nothing collected. Your data lives on your device and syncs across your own devices through iCloud. Export a full backup whenever you want, and deleted items wait 30 days before they're gone.
Readable for everyone
VoiceOver labels throughout, Dynamic Type that scales fonts, icons, and buttons together, and status shown with both color and shape. Seven accent themes, light and dark following your system.
Ready when you are
Add the first thing on your mind and let Orville find the day for it.
