Use of the App
Orville is a personal scheduling and task management tool. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and the decisions you make based on the app's suggestions.
Scheduling & Travel Estimates
Orville provides automated scheduling suggestions and travel time estimates as a convenience. These are estimates only and should not be relied upon as exact. Travel times are provided by Apple Maps and may vary based on traffic, weather, construction, and other factors. Always allow extra time for important appointments.
Data & Backups
You are responsible for backing up your data. While Orville supports iCloud sync and manual backups, the developer is not liable for data loss resulting from device failure, software updates, iCloud issues, or any other cause.
Premium Features
Some features may require a one-time purchase or subscription. Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.
Privacy

Availability
Orville is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, modified, or removed in future updates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed appointments, late payments, or scheduling errors.
Intellectual Property
Orville and its design, icons, and content are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Orville at any time by deleting the app. The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.
